Each item comes with a general base style that you can customize. For example, choose from three styles of rug customization: logo rug, character rug, or abstract rug with your unique color scheme.

The time it takes for customization depends on the item. generally, customization can take up to a week. However, for wood pieces and intricately detailed rugs, customization may take up to three weeks.

As soon as your custom order is finished and ready to ship, you will receive a notification and it will be shipped out promptly upon completion.

To send your photos for customization, look for the "upload photo" button located on the product page and select a high-resolution image. If there are any issues with your photo, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

To expedite your request, a rush order fee will be applied to skip the line. The fee amount will depend on the type of customization required.

We do not accept returns on custom orders, but in case of dissatisfaction, we provide store credit as an alternative.
